CERAMEL SOY S.	7.5ML
HOISIN SAUCE	30ML
COLORING (optional)	2-3 DROPS
SESAME OIL	1.5ML
ROSE WINE(玫瑰露)	5ML
WATER	30ML
SHALLOT OIL	5ML

** NAM YU / Red Beancurd (1/2 Piece) can make the taste stronger (optional)
** FIVE SPICE POWDER (5G) may help to get better color and aroma (optional)

This is my own marinate sauce version, you may have your own version.

**Precook before use to marinate the meat overnight, cook with low heat, stir until well mixed.
